Following a strong response to the initial market sounding campaign, council is now moving into the next phase of its surplus land project – putting land across the region officially on the market.
The earlier expression of interest (EOI) period, which closed in May, was a market sounding exercise designed to inform council’s sales process. This EOI process generated huge interest, with council receiving over 100 enquiries from potential purchasers keen to secure land for development across the Central Highlands Region.
