The dog park on Rifle Range Road in Emerald will be temporarily closed on 3 and 4 September 2026 while a lower section of the perimeter fence is relocated to higher ground.
The fence will be moved out of a flood easement, which becomes inundated after significant rain.
The park is expected to reopen on 5 September.
