Public Notice – Jeppesen Drive road closure and detour, Emerald

The northern access to Jeppesen Drive, Emerald will be closed while pedestrian crossing upgrades are installed.

Work will be carried out from 19 September 2026 and is expected to be finished 5 October 2026.

A detour will be in place directing traffic to the Jeppesen Drive/Rifle Range Rd roundabout while works are occurring at the T intersection. Allow for additional travel time as delays are expected.

Following completion, work will be undertaken to widen Rifle Range Road and realign the footpath and pedestrian crossing near Vicki Peters Park.
