Public notice: November Water Meter Readings commencing

Please be advised that the water meter readings will commence Saturday 16 November 2024, across the region.  Readings will continue for up to 4 weeks, where a team member from council may enter your premises to read your meter.

These readings are for the next billing cycle which will be in April 2025, for the water consumption between May 2024 – November 2024. 

If you know your water meter will be inaccessible, please contact council to discuss options for your water meter read prior to 14 December 2024 or an average value will be calculated for the billing period. If you have any enquires, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
