Public notice – Temporary road closure: Emerald State High School formal

Please be advised that Anakie Street, between Egerton Street and Yamala Street, Emerald, will be closed on Wednesday 9 September 2026 from 4 pm to 7 pm for the Emerald State High School Year 12 formal.
The western lane of Anakie Street, between School Lane and Yamala Street, will remain open to through traffic.
A detour will be in place for the eastern lane of Anakie Street, directing traffic down School Lane.
